Dog pics...

Chloe often feels that Libby is lonely and wants a baby, so she brings her this black Lab stuffed animal a lot...
the other night I walked by and Libby had put her legs around "her puppy" and appeared to be snuggling it!

Chloe plays dress-up...

Aunty Deanna gave us this Halloween costume for our baby, but while we wait for our baby to get here, Chloe is enjoying using it for her dolls! It reminded her about her Halloween costume, so we got that out and she wore it around for awhile!
This one cracks me up- a fansy scarf, a golden sceptor, and a smoky the bear hat!

She has been loving the Dora umbrella we got at Walmart!

A typical evening around our house...

Reading the newspaper...
to baby.

Singing along with Daddy while he plays the guitar.

I heard this quote the other day...

A lot of money will buy you a fancy dog, but only love will make it wag it's tail.

34 weeks (a couple weeks ago)

Here is my 34 week photo! That same day I also measured 34 at the doctor- so it seems we are right on target for the March 18 due date!

Meeting Baby Michael!

Sweet Little Michael
Michael rests on top of his little cousin. I have a picture of Brenna sleeping on top of Chloe (in my belly) just like this!

Brenna and Chloe- sooo happy to be together again!

The little girl cousins enjoyed pretending to go to bed together in Brenna's cute little bed!

Chloe has been sure she is having a sister and didn't like us talking about the possibility of our baby being a brother... but after meeting baby Michael, a brother is seeming like a pretty good option! We'll see!

All of the cousins on my side of the family (for a few more weeks anyway!)

Grandma gets some snuggle time with little Michael.

Uncle Ryan gives horse rides, but only his little girls were brave enough to take the wild steed for a spin!

The little girls are all really into playing doctor because of the doctor visits with their pregnant mommy's and all... luckily Auntie Deanna was willing to be the patient (you are brave Deanna!)- Eli quickly learned how to do some doctoring! =) My midwife (who also delivered Chloe) is wonderful with kids and always pulls up a chair for Chloe to stand on so she can hold the doppler and put the wand on my belly (Chloe always finds the heartbeat very quickly!) When Sue is done listening, she always lets Chloe wipe the gel off my belly- this is all quite a serious job to Chloe! She always says "ope! the baby hiccuped!" when the baby kicks the doppler! =)

A Day at Grandma and Grandpa Horsey's House...

Chloe has been really into "The Jungle Book" lately- much of her pretend play revolves around this story and she can pretty much recite the whole book! So seeing Trey climbing around in the moss covered trees down by the creek at Grandpa and Grandma's fit right into her make believe world. The rest of the day she referred to Trey as Mowgli and talked about him climbing in the giant banyan tree!
Of course Chloe also wanted to climb around in the tree, but Mommy just wasn't up to the task (baby in belly and all), so luckily Grandma was happy to help!

The beautiful, peaceful creek

Chloe is still happy to "fish" with a stick

Riding sweet Truffles

Truffles comes to see what Trey and Chloe are doing in the wagon.

Shane, Deanna, and Eli came out for the weekend...

Once again, I posted all these pics in reverse order, so this is actually the end of the day, but what a cool picture of Shane and Eli at the beach!
Drawing in the sand with Aunty Deanna

and Uncle Shane.

Eli loves to ride on/drive anything he can! He even found this beach log and jumped on to take her for a spin- it even had this (kind of) steering wheel! He was very pleased with his find!

Our Family (except you can't see the one in the oven who is getting VERY big! Only six weeks to go! )

Shane, Deanna, and Eli. (This Family picture turned out very good, I thought!)

There was a lot of foam on the beach this day, which was a lot of fun!

Deanna and Eli

Deanna, Eli, and Chloe- a beautiful afternoon at the beach!

Before we headed to the beach, the mommies and kidlets had a nice nap- here we are just waking up!

Random January pics...

Uncle Shane takes Chloe and Eli for a bike ride
I guess maybe I've dressed Chloe in pink too much, look at the outfit she has picked out for herself!

Venturing outside with the new bike for the first time! But we found that it was very difficult and frustrating to ride it on the gravel, so we went to the school the next weekend with Nicole and her mom to ride on the pavement! Thanks for inviting us Jolene!

Reading a book to the dolls in the dollhouse (this is such a cute and creative age!)

This was Chloe's first time to play pretend meeting (church). She got it all set up and organized all on her own! She is singing out of her bible! =)

While Daddy did his work for the fire department, Chloe did her "work"

Snuggles with Grandpa Horsey while he reads a book.
